The Unquiet Mind
Where Insight meets Intensity
Some minds don’t go quiet easily — and they’re not meant to.
The Unquiet Mind was born from the belief that healing begins when we stop trying to silence our complexity. Here, therapy is an invitation to listen differently — to your body, your patterns, your pain, and your potential.
This space is for the deep thinkers, the overfeelers, the ones who hold too much and still show up anyway.
Who This Is For
Here, you don’t have to shrink or simplify yourself to be understood.
You don’t have to translate your inner world into something “manageable” or “easy.”
You get to bring the full, unfiltered version of you — the depth, the patterns, the overthinking, the intuition — and know it will be met with clarity, steadiness and actual understanding.
Your mind moves differently — and you’ve learned to hide that.
You think deeply. You feel intensely. You notice everything.
And while that gives you power, it can also leave you exhausted in ways most people never see.
You’ve spent years holding it all together in silence.
If you’re a deep thinker, a quiet storm, a high-functioning over-feeler, or someone who carries more than anyone realizes…
this work was made for you.
You don’t need fixing.
You need a place where your complexity is not only allowed —
it’s honored.
Meet the Founder
Jasmin Collins, LMHC
I built The Unquiet Mind for the ones who carry depth like a second language — because I’ve lived that reality myself.
I am a therapist who thinks in layers, feels in patterns, and refuses to offer cookie-cutter healing. My work blends clinical precision with intuition, creativity, and a deep respect for the parts of you that have never felt fully seen anywhere else.
I don’t rush people.
I don’t shrink people.
And I don’t believe in forcing anyone into a version of themselves that isn’t real.
My approach is grounded, intentional, and quietly fierce — the kind of steadiness that isn’t loud, but you feel it instantly.
I hold space for complexity, nuance, and the emotional intelligence most people overlook. I listen for what you’re saying and what you’ve never had the language to say.
If you are ready for therapy that meets you where you actually are — not where you “should” be — you’ll feel at home here.
How I Help
No two people arrive here the same way. My work is designed to meet you with the right balance of depth, structure, and support.
A space for adults moving through anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship struggles, identity questions, and the kinds of internal battles that rarely make it to the surface.

Support for partners who want to understand each other more clearly, repair patterns that no longer serve them, and build a relationship that feels more honest, connected, and sustainable.
